  • Consultative sales approach aligning technology to mission enablers (experience)
  • Ability to manage major accounts with high ownership under minimal supervision (experience)

  • Build and execute multi-year account development plans
  • Develop trusted relationships with CIOs and key stakeholders
  • Navigate complex procurement cycles and compliance requirements
  • Partner with system integrators and resellers for customer success
  • Align GitLab solutions to agency CI/CD and security priorities
  • Drive successful rollouts and adoption of the DevSecOps platform
  • Coordinate with pre-sales and post-sales engineering teams
  • Represent customer feedback through public issue tracker
  • Collaborate asynchronously across distributed teams
