  • Creative mindset to propose territory-specific campaigns and build scalable programs (experience)
  • Data-driven approach to marketing with focus on measurement and optimization (experience)
  • Experience supporting budget management, tracking spend, and processing purchase orders (experience)
  • Excellent communication and writing skills for stakeholder coordination (experience)
  • Comfort working in a fully remote, asynchronous environment (experience)
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (experience)
  • Strong interest in growing career specifically in Regional Marketing (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, and GitLab tools (experience)
  • Background in supporting field marketing programs with Sales teams (experience)
  • History of testing fresh approaches in digital and in-person tactics (experience)
  • Skills in reconciling invoices and managing marketing budgets (experience)
  • Ability to create or update content, decks, and talking points (experience)
  • Familiarity with partner marketing and market development funds (experience)
  • Expertise in event logistics including vendor and venue coordination (experience)
  • Knowledge of sales enablement resource management (experience)
  • Experience with lead capture, list uploads, and post-event analysis (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Assist with setup, management, and reporting of integrated regional campaigns
  • Coordinate logistics for third-party and GitLab-owned events
  • Manage regional marketing budgets including purchase orders and payments
  • Plan event logistics such as venue research and vendor coordination
  • Create Marketo programs, Salesforce campaigns, and generate UTMs
  • Handle event materials logistics including shipping and booth setup
  • Partner with partner marketing on MDF campaigns setup and execution
  • Update regional marketing materials, presentations, and sales resources
  • Coordinate digital assets like landing pages and lead capture forms
  • Track progress against deadlines and analyze post-event performance
