  • Practical skills in SQL for querying and transforming data (experience)
  • Ability to manage projects and stakeholders effectively (experience)
  • Experience supporting sales or go-to-market teams (experience)
  • Familiarity with customer success, pre-sales, or post-sales motions (experience)
  • Exposure to data warehouse tools like Snowflake (experience)
  • Understanding of data modeling concepts like dbt (experience)
  • Clear structured communication skills for non-technical audiences (experience)

  • Advanced Python skills for data analysis (experience)
  • Experience with modern data stack components (experience)
  • Knowledge of scalable reporting data structures (experience)
  • Background in revenue operations or field operations analytics (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end sales analytics from question definition to recommendations
  • Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards for pipeline and quota metrics
  • Drive deep analysis of sales performance metrics
  • Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Finance, and Customer Success teams
  • Own quality, structure, and maintenance of sales datasets
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and project timelines
  • Align sales analytics with go-to-market and customer success metrics
  • Improve analytics processes, documentation, and standards
  • Prioritize requests and communicate outcomes clearly
  • Build scalable analytical solutions and tools
