Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Product to frame business questions
- Analyze cross-functional datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Support Finance leadership with analytics for quarterly earnings preparation
- Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports for stakeholders
- Ensure data quality by validating inputs and troubleshooting discrepancies
- Present complex analyses through narratives, visualizations, and discussions
- Identify data gaps and define requirements for new data capture
- Partner with Data team on fixes and improvements
- Drive adoption of data-driven decision-making in the team
- Proactively share insights and best practices across functions
