- Create operating cadence for reviews, decisions, prioritization, and staffing.
- Partner with teams to define data steward roles and data asset ownership.
- Drive accountability for policies and standards through oversight and reporting.
- Establish controls, audits, and reviews for policy application.
- Apply program management to plan, execute, and adapt cross-functional programs.
- Provide status updates on assessments, gaps, risks, and progress to stakeholders.
- Recommend changes based on regulatory and industry trends.
- Monitor and improve data quality and compliance practices.
