Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, sales, delivery, and continuous improvement of Professional Services
- Partner with sales, customer success, support, and product teams to accelerate adoption
- Define, track, and report KPIs including bookings, utilization, and financial performance
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers
- Own services portfolio and delivery lifecycle from scoping to post-go-live success
- Align services offerings with product roadmap and provide customer feedback
- Manage resource planning, staffing models, and partner delivery strategies
- Foster high-performance culture, accountability, and team learning
- Support career growth and mentor leaders within the services team
- Improve delivery methodologies, processes, and tools continuously
