  • Skill in end-to-end event and meeting coordination including agendas and logistics (experience)
  • Experience supporting recruiting activities and onboarding processes (experience)
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills (experience)
  • Proactive, organized, and collaborative approach with strict confidentiality (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Support the CPMO by anticipating needs and owning day-to-day operations
  • Manage complex calendars by prioritizing meetings and resolving conflicts
  • Create comprehensive agendas and briefing materials from high-level inputs
  • Maintain frequent communication and track deliverables from peers
  • Monitor team progress through agendas, trackers, and documentation
  • Coordinate end-to-end travel logistics and process expenses accurately
  • Partner with People Operations and IT for recruiting and onboarding
  • Plan and execute virtual and in-person events and off-sites
  • Build cross-functional relationships and share EBA best practices
  • Provide coverage for other EBAs and participate in team initiatives
