- Strong communication skills for executive audiences (experience)

Responsibilities
- Own company-wide financial processes including month-end close support
- Conduct variance analysis, reporting, and forecasting for leadership
- Partner with Accounting on quarterly and annual earnings materials
- Prepare 10-K, 10-Q, earnings scripts, and Board presentations
- Drive Annual Operating Plan and long-term financial planning
- Develop revenue, cash flow, and capital structure forecasts
- Perform scenario planning, target setting, and model maintenance
- Build sophisticated financial models for strategic decisions
- Create reports and presentations translating data into insights
- Identify and implement FP&A process and tool improvements
