  • Proven track record in variance analysis and reporting (experience)
  • Expertise in cross-functional collaboration environments (experience)
  • Analytical rigor with ownership mindset (experience)
  • Comfort in distributed team settings (experience)
  • Experience supporting senior leadership with financial insights (experience)
  • Strong communication skills for executive audiences (experience)

  • Experience with SaaS business metrics (experience)
  • Cash flow and working capital analysis expertise (experience)
  • Balance sheet forecasting proficiency (experience)
  • Knowledge of capital structure decisions (experience)

  • Familiarity with earnings materials preparation (experience)
  • 10-K and 10-Q filing support experience (experience)
  • Board and Audit Committee presentation skills (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Own company-wide financial processes including month-end close support
  • Conduct variance analysis, reporting, and forecasting for leadership
  • Partner with Accounting on quarterly and annual earnings materials
  • Prepare 10-K, 10-Q, earnings scripts, and Board presentations
  • Drive Annual Operating Plan and long-term financial planning
  • Develop revenue, cash flow, and capital structure forecasts
  • Perform scenario planning, target setting, and model maintenance
  • Build sophisticated financial models for strategic decisions
  • Create reports and presentations translating data into insights
  • Identify and implement FP&A process and tool improvements
