- Leadership skills in coaching and developing high-performing technical teams (experience)
- Cross-functional collaboration experience with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales (experience)
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, security scanning, and AI-powered development tools (experience)
- Excellent communication skills for conference talks and developer interactions (experience)

Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of Developer Advocates to maximize impact
- Coordinate content creation, community engagement, and cross-functional initiatives
- Develop technical content including tutorials, demos, and conference talks
- Engage directly with developers to understand workflows and pain points
- Synthesize community feedback for Product and Engineering teams
- Build and maintain demo environments for CI/CD, security, and AI features
- Collaborate with customers to provide technical guidance and gather insights
- Work cross-functionally to influence product and GTM strategies
- Drive adoption through compelling showcases of GitLab capabilities
- Incorporate AI into daily workflows for team efficiency and innovation
