  • Leadership skills in coaching and developing high-performing technical teams (experience)
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales (experience)
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, security scanning, and AI-powered development tools (experience)
  • Excellent communication skills for conference talks and developer interactions (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a team of Developer Advocates to maximize impact
  • Coordinate content creation, community engagement, and cross-functional initiatives
  • Develop technical content including tutorials, demos, and conference talks
  • Engage directly with developers to understand workflows and pain points
  • Synthesize community feedback for Product and Engineering teams
  • Build and maintain demo environments for CI/CD, security, and AI features
  • Collaborate with customers to provide technical guidance and gather insights
  • Work cross-functionally to influence product and GTM strategies
  • Drive adoption through compelling showcases of GitLab capabilities
  • Incorporate AI into daily workflows for team efficiency and innovation
