  • Strong understanding of DevSecOps platforms and SDLC processes (experience)
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop high-performing teams (experience)
  • Expertise in forecasting, pipeline generation, and deal negotiation (experience)
  • Experience aligning services with customer adoption and outcomes (experience)
  • History of scaling services sales motions in fast-growth environments (experience)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience (experience)

  • Background in AI-powered software tools and workflows (experience)
  • MBA or advanced degree in business or technology (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Lead team to achieve regional Professional Services bookings targets
  • Guide alignment of services offerings with customer outcomes
  • Partner with Sales, Solutions Architecture, and Customer Success
  • Develop strategies to accelerate customer time-to-value
  • Ensure accurate and timely services forecasting
  • Assess team capacity and inform hiring decisions
  • Coach team on full Professional Services sales cycle
  • Drive pipeline generation, scoping, negotiation, and closing
  • Standardize estimation and proposal patterns
  • Foster continuous improvement in services sales and delivery
