- Oversee portfolio of projects ensuring scoping, planning, governance, and resource utilization.
- Partner with stakeholders to align delivery with business strategy and expansion opportunities.
- Establish, track, and report on KPIs for schedule, quality, satisfaction, and performance.
- Collaborate on capacity planning, staffing, and resource management.
- Serve as senior escalation point for complex project issues.
