Required Qualifications
- Background in enterprise B2B SaaS Quote-to-Cash solutions across opportunity, CPQ, contracts, orders, billing, and revenue recognition. (experience)
- Deep expertise with CPQ platforms, ideally Zuora CPQ. (experience)
- Practical Salesforce experience in Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and platform development. (experience)
- Experience leading technical teams of engineers and analysts. (experience)
- Proven ability to design and implement Quote-to-Cash architectures and integrations. (experience)
- Working knowledge of subscription management and product-led growth. (experience)
- Familiarity with Zuora Billing, NetSuite, or comparable ERP and billing platforms. (experience)
- Understanding of governance, SOX compliance, and ITGC controls in public companies. (experience)
- Clear communication and stakeholder management skills across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations. (experience)
- Hands-on involvement in Quote-to-Cash transformation initiatives. (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud or DealHub. (experience)
- Familiarity with AI integration in revenue workflows. (experience)
- Background in consulting with transferable Quote-to-Cash expertise. (experience)
- Knowledge of middleware and ETL tools for system integrations. (experience)
- Expertise in master data management for products and pricing. (experience)
- Experience optimizing product catalogs and pricing models. (experience)
- Track record in defining and tracking Quote-to-Cash KPIs. (experience)

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Quote-to-Cash systems, focusing on CPQ and Zuora integration with Salesforce.
- Drive transformation initiatives including process reengineering and system modernization.
- Serve as CPQ subject matter expert, optimizing product catalogs and pricing.
- Manage and mentor team of engineers and analysts for high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical designs.
- Define, track, and report on Quote-to-Cash KPIs like cycle times and accuracy.
- Oversee Salesforce optimization and integrations with billing and financial systems.
- Establish governance frameworks and SOX-compliant controls.
- Coordinate with technology vendors for CPQ and related systems.
- Present solution recommendations and performance insights to leadership.
