Responsibilities

  • Build end-to-end funnel analysis connecting website visits to CRM and product data.
  • Analyze complex datasets in Snowflake and other sources.
  • Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards for consistent marketing metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership on ad-hoc analyses like web page performance.
  • Optimize marketing website and diagnose funnel performance issues.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and executives.
  • Partner with marketing operations on lifecycle campaigns and email tracking.
  • Track email engagement into product activation.
  • Contribute to Marketing Analytics infrastructure and data models.
  • Document strategies, processes, and operations in the handbook.
