Responsibilities

- Own and maintain the internal editorial calendar and project tracker
- Partner with program owners to design communication strategies for initiatives
- Plan campaigns for annual engagement survey, values awards, and GiveLab
- Create written and visual content highlighting team stories and achievements
- Manage company-wide newsletters and manager communications
- Produce executive videos and other multimedia formats
- Analyze engagement survey results, participation rates, and channel metrics
- Collaborate on change management communications across regions
- Drive year-over-year improvements in engagement and feedback scores
