- Experience delivering consulting services in at least two areas: SCM migration, cloud architecture, software development, or CI/CD. (experience)
- Proven experience working with DevOps platforms to design, implement, and support GitLab-related solutions. (experience)
- Ability to lead technical discovery and design sessions, translating customer goals into solution designs. (experience)
- Effective communication and presentation skills for influencing internal teams, customers, and partners. (experience)
- Self-motivated and organized to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders with minimal supervision. (experience)
- Fluent in Arabic and English. (experience)
- Hands-on experience owning full software development lifecycle in consulting engagements. (experience)
- Track record of optimizing GitLab environments for enterprise-scale DevSecOps practices. (experience)

Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and support of GitLab-related Professional Services projects.
- Own full software development lifecycle for consulting engagements from discovery to production support.
- Translate customer business goals into detailed GitLab solution designs and implementation plans.
- Collaborate with customer project teams to define, prioritize, and deliver technical work.
- Deliver consulting in SCM migration, cloud architecture, GitLab development, and CI/CD.
- Mentor Professional Services and partner consultants on best practices.
- Create documentation, delivery kits, training materials, and best-practice methodologies.
- Stay current with GitLab features, fixes, and releases to enhance customer outcomes.
- Conduct technical discovery sessions and communicate recommendations clearly.
- Optimize customer GitLab environments for business and DevSecOps goals.
