  • Track record of driving partner activation and revenue growth (experience)
  • Strong technical expertise in cloud-native technologies (experience)
  • Experience designing joint solutions and go-to-market strategies (experience)
  • Ability to collaborate across sales, product, and enablement teams (experience)
  • Demonstrated success in building partner relationships (experience)
  • Familiarity with AI-powered development tools (experience)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with GitLab or similar DevSecOps platforms (experience)
  • Background in services-led partner growth (experience)
  • Knowledge of Duo Enterprise or AI agents in SDLC (experience)
  • Prior work in strategic alliances (experience)
  • Skills in creating technical demos and collateral (experience)
  • Understanding of partner enablement programs (experience)
  • Experience sharing market feedback to product teams (experience)
  • Certification in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP (experience)
  • History of scaling partner programs (experience)
  • Advanced degree or relevant certifications (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Partner Activation Plans with goals and timelines
  • Co-design partner solutions, service offerings, and technical artifacts
  • Engage partners to assess capabilities and build joint workflows
  • Collaborate with Ecosystem Sales Managers and alliance leaders
  • Enable partners through training, demos, and integrations
  • Drive go-to-market execution for GitLab-based offerings
  • Build technical relationships with priority partners
  • Share partner feedback with Product, Engineering, and Marketing
  • Transition partners from awareness to high-value activities
  • Report progress to Ecosystem leadership
