- Practical knowledge of cloud computing concepts and related technologies (experience)
- Ability to lead technical evaluations such as proofs of concept or proofs of value (experience)
- Clear technical communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences (experience)
- Skill in building trusted relationships and acting as a customer advocate (experience)
- Motivation to continuously develop professionally and learn new technologies (experience)
- Experience guiding customers through solution design and evaluation (experience)
- Ability to contribute to tenders, audits, and value stream assessments (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep expertise in modern DevSecOps practices (experience)
- Advanced knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment workflows (experience)
- Familiarity with AI integration in software development lifecycles (experience)

Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery, demos, and validation including proofs of value
- Drive the technical evaluation process as the Directly Responsible Individual
- Collaborate with Account Executives and regional sales teams
- Build and deepen relationships with technical practitioners and business leaders
- Advise customers on modern software development, CI/CD, security, and cloud practices
- Serve as the voice of the customer to Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing
- Maintain and extend technical expertise in GitLab, DevSecOps, AI, and cloud technologies
- Create reusable examples, best practice guidance, and technical collateral
- Invest in personal growth through ongoing learning, mentorship, and knowledge sharing
- Guide customers through GitLab-driven digital transformation journeys
