- Experience owning end-to-end technical roadmaps for GTM systems (experience)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field (experience)
- History of delivering scalable, performant Salesforce solutions (experience)
- Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional business stakeholders (experience)

Responsibilities
- Lead hands-on development of complex Salesforce solutions using Apex and LWC
- Own end-to-end Sales Cloud architecture for scalable, stable implementations
- Design and build custom CPQ components to extend standard capabilities
- Support Lead-to-Cash transformations through process mapping and workflows
- Partner with revenue leaders to create technical roadmaps from strategic goals
- Mentor Salesforce GTM team on design decisions and code reviews
- Coordinate technical projects from concept to deployment, managing risks
- Apply technical judgment to balance custom development vs. standard features
- Ensure production environments remain stable, secure, and audit-ready
- Collaborate asynchronously with distributed engineering and admin teams
