  • Experience owning end-to-end technical roadmaps for GTM systems (experience)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field (experience)
  • History of delivering scalable, performant Salesforce solutions (experience)
  • Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional business stakeholders (experience)

  • Salesforce Architect or Platform Developer certifications (experience)
  • Experience with AI integration in Salesforce workflows (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Lead hands-on development of complex Salesforce solutions using Apex and LWC
  • Own end-to-end Sales Cloud architecture for scalable, stable implementations
  • Design and build custom CPQ components to extend standard capabilities
  • Support Lead-to-Cash transformations through process mapping and workflows
  • Partner with revenue leaders to create technical roadmaps from strategic goals
  • Mentor Salesforce GTM team on design decisions and code reviews
  • Coordinate technical projects from concept to deployment, managing risks
  • Apply technical judgment to balance custom development vs. standard features
  • Ensure production environments remain stable, secure, and audit-ready
  • Collaborate asynchronously with distributed engineering and admin teams
