Responsibilities

  • Acquire and manage large strategic prospects and customers throughout the full lifecycle
  • Lead account planning and strategy for named strategic accounts
  • Conduct prospecting and opportunity development within large organizations
  • Work closely with strategic channel partners to generate qualified leads
  • Coordinate pre- and post-sales activities with Solutions Architecture and Customer Success
  • Act as the voice of the customer by sharing feedback to GitLab’s issue tracker
  • Prepare and maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and forecast reports
  • Contribute to root cause analysis on wins and losses
  • Communicate market insights and competitive intelligence to stakeholders
  • Utilize consultative sales approach to drive deals to close
