  • Develop and execute account plans aligned to customer goals
  • Conduct prospecting and opportunity development activities
  • Work closely with channel partners to generate qualified leads
  • Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales engagements with teams
  • Provide regular activity pipeline and forecast reporting
  • Analyze wins losses and contribute to root cause analysis
  • Share customer feedback through issue trackers and channels
  • Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Ensure successful rollout adoption and expansion of products
