  • High degree of account management and control with minimal supervision. (experience)
  • Capacity to generate new business and expand existing accounts consultatively. (experience)
  • Experience collaborating with strategic channel partners. (experience)
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. (experience)
  • Effective written and verbal communication influencing stakeholders. (experience)
  • Alignment with GitLab values in daily work. (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in DevSecOps or software development tools. (experience)
  • Background in adjacent SaaS solutions. (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Support strategic large prospects and customers as a trusted advisor.
  • Drive the full sales cycle including prospecting, qualifying, and closing.
  • Provide account leadership in pre-sales and post-sales processes.
  • Coordinate with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, and partners.
  • Develop and execute structured account plans with opportunity mapping.
  • Ensure successful rollout and ongoing adoption through proactive management.
  • Prepare accurate activity, forecast reports, and root cause analysis.
  • Act as the voice of the customer sharing feedback and product ideas.
  • Align stakeholders on customer outcomes via business reviews.
  • Build multi-threaded engagements across teams.
