  • Competence in preparing accurate activity and forecast reports and contributing to win/loss analysis. (experience)
  • Familiarity with Git, software development tools, or application lifecycle management. (experience)
  • Proven track record in full sales lifecycle management from prospecting to renewal. (experience)
  • Strong account planning and strategy development aligned to customer business needs. (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Acquire and manage large strategic prospects and customers throughout the full lifecycle.
  • Lead account planning and strategy for named strategic accounts.
  • Conduct prospecting and opportunity development within large organizations.
  • Coordinate pre- and post-sales activities with Solutions Architecture and Customer Success.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by sharing feedback via public issue tracker.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and forecast reports.
  • Communicate lessons learned, market insights, and competitive intelligence.
  • Utilize consultative sales approach to discover issues and drive deals to close.
  • Work closely with strategic channel partners to generate qualified leads.
  • Contribute to root cause analysis on wins and losses.
