Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle for large and enterprise accounts
  • Develop and execute tailored account strategies and plans
  • Conduct prospecting and opportunity development activities
  • Partner with channel organizations to generate qualified leads
  • Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales engagements with support teams
  • Provide regular pipeline, activity, and forecast reporting
  • Analyze deal wins/losses and share lessons learned
  • Act as voice of the customer via feedback channels
  • Ensure successful product rollout, adoption, and expansion
  • Maintain forecast transparency and discipline
