  • Ability to coordinate with pre-sales, post-sales, support, and marketing teams (experience)
  • Competence in preparing accurate activity and forecast reports (experience)
  • Experience contributing to win/loss analysis (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Acquire and manage large strategic prospects and customers throughout the full lifecycle
  • Lead account planning and strategy for named strategic accounts
  • Conduct prospecting and opportunity development within large organizations
  • Work closely with strategic channel partners to generate qualified leads
  • Coordinate pre- and post-sales activities for successful rollout and adoption
  • Act as the voice of the customer by sharing feedback to the issue tracker
  • Prepare and maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and forecast reports
  • Contribute to root cause analysis on wins and losses
  • Communicate lessons learned and competitive intelligence to stakeholders
  • Utilize consultative sales approach to drive deals to close
