  • Skill in building and executing structured account plans (experience)
  • Expertise managing pipeline and forecast data (experience)
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional resources across pre-sales and post-sales (experience)
  • Proven ability to run full-cycle, multi-stakeholder sales processes (experience)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (experience)
  • Alignment with values of transparency, collaboration, and inclusion (experience)

  • Familiarity with Git and software development tools (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Own portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts for acquisition and expansion
  • Lead complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting to close
  • Develop and execute focused account plans linking customer needs to GitLab
  • Collaborate with Solutions Architects and Customer Success for evaluations
  • Partner with channel partners on joint territory activities and co-selling
  • Share customer feedback via public issue tracker and internal teams
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast, and activity data
  • Contribute to win/loss reviews for sales improvement
  • Work with Marketing on account-based campaigns
  • Drive successful rollouts and long-term adoption
