Reporting to the CIO, guide a distributed team of 60 professionals across Sales, Customer, and Finance Systems to drive scaled growth.

Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive business systems leadership experience (experience)
- 7+ years managing multi-functional teams in high-growth technology companies (experience)
- Ability to design system architectures and interpret data flows (experience)
- Evaluate technical scope and provide leadership to engineering teams (experience)
- Extensive experience with SaaS companies using subscription and consumption models (experience)
- Expert knowledge of Salesforce, NetSuite, Zuora Billing/CPQ (experience)
- Experience with Workato or similar iPaaS and related GTM/Finance platforms (experience)
- Proven success implementing Quote-to-Cash processes at scale (experience)
- Deep understanding of CPQ, order management, billing, revenue recognition, and collections (experience)
- Experience ensuring SOX compliance and managing regulatory risks (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in open-core or DevSecOps software companies (experience)
- Experience leading AI-first transformations in enterprise systems (experience)
- Proven track record building distributed, async-first teams (experience)
- Expertise in modern integration patterns and API-first approaches (experience)
- History of establishing enterprise-wide governance frameworks (experience)
- Strong vendor risk management and audit readiness skills (experience)
- Talent development experience across analysts, developers, and administrators (experience)
- Executive partnership in high-growth SaaS environments (experience)
- Knowledge of Duo Enterprise and AI in SDLC (experience)
- Familiarity with Zendesk, Gainsight, Coupa, and Zip platforms (experience)
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive business systems strategy and multi-year roadmap
- Lead Quote-to-Cash process improvements across CPQ, billing, and revenue recognition
- Partner with Monetization, Fulfillment, and Revenue Accounting teams
- Champion AI and automation integration in Sales, Customer, and Support systems
- Establish governance frameworks for architecture, data policies, and change control
- Design technical architecture and scalable integrations between enterprise applications
- Maintain SOX-compliant systems with security controls and audit capabilities
- Build and inspire high-performing distributed teams with clear accountability
- Serve as trusted advisor to executives, translating requirements to solutions
- Drive consensus across business units for system enhancements and roadmaps
