- Design Global Executive Search Operating Model defining standards for VP+ searches aligned with MongoDB Leadership Commitments
- Lead 1-2 concurrent mission-critical searches personally, setting gold standards for quality and candidate experience
- Strategic advisor to CEO and C-suite building trust in internal executive recruiting capabilities
- Manage Executive Sourcer for active searches and continuous talent pipelining projects
- Develop multi-year leadership talent mapping across core functions for succession planning
