Role Overview

The Global Proc Analyst position at PepsiCo in Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City, is a dynamic opportunity within the procurement and accounts payable team. This role supports the Requisition to Pay process, invoice management, supplier setups, and field operations for PepsiCo's Division GTM organization. Key Responsibilities

• Submit timely and accurate PO requests via the Supplier Portal and process invoices for payment through MyBuy.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resubmit invoice issues while analyzing trends for root causes and improvements.
• Manage supplier set-up by gathering critical inputs from field teams and suppliers.
• Oversee Perm Merch processes, coordinating with Division leads and field sales reps to meet deadlines.
• Assist with uniform ordering, equipment tracking for CCO accounts, and shipment trackers for PME with weekly updates.
• Provide periodic ship lists, execution updates for Temp Tools by key account and location, and ad-hoc support to field leaders.

Qualifications & Requirements
