  • Performing quality and compliance checks on Purchase Requisitions (PRs), processing eligible ones for Tactical Buy including quotations, negotiations, tender summaries, and savings calculations.
  • Monitoring supplier performance, benchmarking costs, and developing cost-down initiatives to enhance competitive advantage.
  • Managing project procurement timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and identifying automation opportunities for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed, candidates should demonstrate:

  • A university degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 1-4 years of experience in procurement end-to-end (E2E) processes.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems like SAP or ARIBA, and MS Office suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building supplier/stakeholder relationships.
