Role Overview

The Global Procurement Associate Manager - GTS HR Operations role is a hybrid position based in Mexico City, reporting to the Director of Global Technology and Services.   • Partner with Procurement, Strategy & Transformation, and HR leaders to define objectives and supplier plans.
  • Lead sourcing processes including RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, MSA/SOW negotiations, and rate benchmarking.
  • Integrate GenAI and hyper-automation to boost productivity, cut total cost of ownership (TCO), and accelerate market delivery.
  • Negotiate performance-based contracts using data analysis to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Monitor financial performance, develop annual plans, and achieve productivity, cash flow, and innovation targets.
  • Ensure compliance with PepsiCo policies, mitigate risks, and resolve performance issues cross-functionally.
