Role Overview

The Global Procurement Associate Manager - GTS HR Operations role is a hybrid position based in Mexico City, reporting to the Director of Global Technology and Services. This strategic position within PepsiCo's Global Procurement function manages a ~$100MM spend portfolio across HR Operations, including Talent Management and Learning. You'll drive value through supplier strategies, performance-based models, and cutting-edge technologies like Generative AI (GenAI) and hyper-automation. Key Responsibilities

As Global Procurement Associate Manager, your impact will span end-to-end procurement excellence:

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for HR Operations to enhance quality, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
• Partner with Procurement, Strategy & Transformation, and HR leaders to define objectives and supplier plans.
• Lead sourcing processes including RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, MSA/SOW negotiations, and rate benchmarking.
• Integrate GenAI and hyper-automation to boost productivity, cut total cost of ownership (TCO), and accelerate market delivery.
• Negotiate performance-based contracts using data analysis to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Monitor financial performance, develop annual plans, and achieve productivity, cash flow, and innovation targets.
• Ensure compliance with PepsiCo policies, mitigate risks, and resolve performance issues cross-functionally.
• Collaborate on global initiatives, sharing best practices across sectors.
