Role Overview

The Global Procurement Sr. Analyst position in Global Technology Services (GTS) is based in Miguel Hidalgo, Ciudad de México, Mexico. This strategic sourcing role focuses on optimizing IT procurement processes, managing vendor relationships, and leading contract negotiations for services, software, and equipment. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will take ownership of critical procurement functions to support PepsiCo's IT initiatives. You will lead negotiations for various agreements such as Letters of Authorization (LOAs), Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and Statements of Work (SOWs). Conducting competitive sourcing events like RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs will be central, alongside analyzing financial proposals to recommend best-value solutions based on quantitative and qualitative factors.

Additionally, you will oversee the full contract lifecycle—from drafting and stakeholder approvals to execution and compliance. Collaboration with cross-divisional teams, including Global and Divisional IT, Legal, and Finance, is essential for strategy implementation and project success. Drive process efficiencies, eliminate waste, and ensure adherence to PepsiCo’s policies for optimal economics and risk minimization. Research industry best practices, support diversity by increasing spend with Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) suppliers, and contribute to maintenance renewals and miscellaneous IT projects.

Qualifications & Requirements

PepsiCo seeks candidates with a minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field, coupled with 3 to 5 years of experience in Procurement, Finance, or IT.
