- Lead and manage SAP projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions. Foster partnerships with business teams to ensure solutions meet their requirements.
- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team. Provide opportunities for professional development and growth for team members. Drive continuous improvement in the efficiency and effectiveness of SAP operations. Stay abreast of the latest SAP technologies and trends to ensure the team is leveraging the solutions.
