Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in leading Machine Learning (ML) design and optimizing ML infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation, data processing, debugging, fine tuning). 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role. Software Engineering Managers have not only the technical expertise to take on and provide technical leadership to major projects, but also manage a team of Engineers. AI Innovation and Research is a team focused on accelerating Artificial Intelligence (AI) innovation and redefining how users interact with computing. The team builds the foundational technology that powers seamless and intelligent user experiences across various teams.

- Work on architecture that spans devices and servers, while remaining adaptable to various compute and power capabilities.
- Work on horizontal technology, build the necessary infrastructure and pathways, drive customer onboarding, and own the upstreaming of user feedback and data back to related teams for Hybrid, Nano and Private Inference.
- Grow and manage a performing team of Software Engineers, Machine Learning (ML) engineers and ML researchers.
