As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines. Responsibilities
- Apply knowledge of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and practical experience designing and managing the Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
- Create and enforce policies, using ServiceNow tools, configuring and managing ServiceNow Discovery to manage CI relationships and resolve data discrepancies
- Create ServiceNow reports and performance analytics dashboards to visualize CMDB health, asset data, and other key metrics for various stakeholders
- Leverage ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer, and business rules to automate asset life-cycle processes from procurement to retirement
- Own and manage the IT Hardware Product Catalog in ServiceNow, ensuring seamless data integrity and synchronization between ServiceNow and SAP S/4HANA
