Whether understanding and solving their online content concerns, navigating within global legal frameworks, or writing and enforcing worldwide policy, the Trust & Safety team is on the frontlines of enhancing the YouTube experience, building internet safety, and protecting free speech in our ever-evolving digital world. This role is key to enabling Global Vendor Operations (GVO's) security and access operations to support the growth of vendor support roles including AI enabled solutions. In this cross-functional role, you will collaborate with various teams, including product management, engineering, and legal, to balance risk mitigation with business enablement. With your problem-solving and technical skills, you will develop and implement programs, frameworks, and policies that address new solutions needed to support growing complexity in outsourced support solutions that may also involve Agentic AI across text and multi-modal applications for self-help support and troubleshooting use-cases.
