Responsibilities
Manage the service model design strategy by data-motivated analysis and problem structuring. Advocate the Google employees and People Operations (POps) teams, build measurement frameworks to uncover unmet needs across the service journey.
Develop business cases with return on investments, impact assessments, and resource requirements to secure executive buy-in for service projects.
Collaborate with product and technical teams to prioritize initiatives on technology roadmaps, ensuring development and implementation of service capabilities.
Lead cross-functional project teams to drive projects.
