As a Training Program Manager in Trust and Safety for YouTube, you will lead the development and implementation of learner-centric training strategies for agents. Analyze trends and future launches to anticipate training needs, collaborate with cross-functional teams to create training project plans, oversee design and development, and coordinate with vendors for delivery to service centers. Deliver training sessions as needed and evaluate effectiveness to ensure quality service.
