Role Overview

The Graduate Customer Success Manager role at Canonical is an entry point into our strategic Customer Success organization. Focused on the tech segment, including store customers and newly onboarded Ubuntu users, you'll build trust, reduce churn, and drive adoption of Canonical's expansive product portfolio. Working remotely worldwide, you'll solve problems, onboard users, and collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional experiences. Key Responsibilities

As a Graduate Customer Success Manager, your daily impact will include:

  • Supporting customers by resolving ticket requests and enriching documentation, Q&A, and onboarding materials.
  • Driving targeted campaigns through digital touchpoints to engage multiple customers.
  • Identifying high-potential champions and high-risk accounts among new users.
  • Onboarding customers to Canonical products such as Ubuntu Pro, MAAS, Landscape, OpenStack, Ceph, Kubernetes, and more.
  • Collaborating with Sales and Support teams to develop and execute engagement plans aligned with customer objectives.
  • Proactively engaging your portfolio to identify risks and collect structured feedback for product teams.
