Key Responsibilities

• Maintain HRIS accuracy for new joiners, changes, and audits ensuring GDPR compliance.
• Own global projects in engagement, training, or culture to enhance colleague experience.
• Partner with managers and executives on HR processes and people strategy execution.
• Process new hires with country-specific documentation, file creation, and introductory reviews.
