The Graduate Sales Development Representative (SDR) role at CrowdStrike in Mumbai, India, serves as your entry point into an exhilarating cybersecurity career. In this full-time role, you'll engage prospects using agentic-powered workflows, insights, and automated intelligence. Utilize AI agents to research accounts, tailor messaging, and execute high-quality outreach at scale. Activate demand through personalized engagement, identify customer pain points, and map them to CrowdStrike's Falcon platform solutions. Develop inbound pipeline for Account Executives across territories, industries, or product areas. Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize GTM motions, meet metrics like qualified opportunities and conversion rates, and champion an AI-first culture by refining workflows. Receive comprehensive training to translate complex cybersecurity concepts into business-focused conversations.
Expect to conduct discovery calls, leverage data-driven tools, and experiment with new techniques in a fast-paced environment. Your efforts directly contribute to stopping breaches by accelerating qualified leads to our expert sales teams.
Success demands exceptional communication skills, confidence in discovery calls, and intellectual curiosity about AI and cybersecurity. You need professional demeanor for executive interactions, ability to absorb technical concepts, and a customer-first mindset. Required: fluency in English (Japanese preferred), interest in AI tools and automation, track record of achievement, strong listening skills, resilience, and adaptability. Preferred: exposure to enterprise software, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, or inbound lead generation experience.
