Blending hands-on development, solution engineering, and technical evangelism, you'll accelerate partner success and drive widespread adoption of our AI platform. As an Alliances Partner Engineer, you'll work with top-tier ISVs, enterprise partners, and system integrators to embed our technology into their ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Relationship Ownership: Manage end-to-end technical engagements with priority partners, from discovery to deployment success.
• Workshop Leadership: Design and deliver technical workshops, executive briefings, and solution architecture sessions that close deals.
• POC Mastery: Architect, build, and showcase proof-of-concepts, prototypes, and demos that demonstrate platform power.
• Evangelism Excellence: Position Grammarly as the go-to AI partner through conferences, webinars, and partner events.
• Best Practices Development: Create scalable frameworks for technical enablement across the alliances team.
• Feedback Loop Champion: Distill partner needs into product roadmaps, influencing features used by millions.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with alliances, product, engineering, and sales to align on joint go-to-market strategies.
• Technical Scoping: Define integration architectures, APIs, and scalability requirements for enterprise deployments.
• Success Metrics Tracking: Monitor partner adoption KPIs and optimize technical implementations for maximum ROI.
• Innovation Advocacy: Stay ahead of AI trends to evolve our partner offerings continuously.
• Enablement Content: Produce technical guides, videos, and training that scale partner self-sufficiency.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify and resolve technical blockers before they impact partner timelines.
• Executive Influence: Present to C-suite audiences, translating technical complexity into business value.

Qualifications

We're looking for proven performers with:

• 7+ years in software engineering, solutions architecture, or technical pre-sales (partner experience is gold).
• Demonstrated leadership in technical strategy for ISVs, enterprises, or SIs.
• Exceptional communication—able to influence executives without authority.
• Independence: Thrive with minimal guidance across complex, multi-project workloads.
• Analytical prowess: Break down problems, prioritize ruthlessly, execute flawlessly.
• Cross-functional collaboration in high-velocity environments.
• Hands-on expertise with SaaS APIs, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise integrations.
• Bonus: Experience with AI/ML tools, productivity platforms, or Superhuman products.

A CS/Engineering degree is preferred, but your track record speaks loudest.
