Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow a high-performing team of solutions product marketers, owning both strategy and hands-on execution within our managed B2B business unit.
  • Develop and nurture top-tier product marketing talent through mentorship, coaching, and career growth opportunities in a high-growth setting.
  • Build comprehensive solutions GTM playbooks to define, launch, and scale solutions that aggregate value across Grammarly's expanding AI product portfolio.
  • Craft breakthrough messaging, positioning frameworks, and supporting collateral (whitepapers, case studies, battle cards) that resonate with buyers across industries, departments, and segments.
  • Partner closely with sales leadership, revenue marketing, sales enablement, product management, and the broader product marketing team to execute full-scale integrated campaigns.
  • Grow sales pipeline and drive measurable revenue impact through targeted solution marketing initiatives.
  • Influence product roadmap and strategy by distilling market intelligence, prospect feedback, and customer insights into prioritized development opportunities.

Salary & Benefits
