Join Grammarly's marketing team as Group Manager, Acquisition Marketing, B2B in our San Francisco hybrid hub. Drive scalable growth for our AI productivity platform serving 40M+ users worldwide.

Role Overview

Grammarly, now part of Superhuman's AI productivity suite, seeks a strategic Group Manager, Acquisition Marketing (B2B) to lead paid acquisition across Commercial, Education, and Enterprise segments. This senior leadership role combines hands-on execution with long-term vision-setting to fuel our aggressive growth trajectory.

Based in the San Francisco Bay Area (hybrid model), we're prioritizing local candidates but open to exceptional West Coast remote talent or those near our NYC hub. You'll own the complete B2B paid motion—from channel strategy and budget allocation to daily optimizations and cross-functional revenue alignment.

Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing, you'll partner with Demand Generation, Sales, Product Marketing, Data Science, and Engineering to connect performance marketing directly to revenue outcomes. Success requires deep B2B SaaS experience, rigorous testing methodology, and the ability to scale efficient customer acquisition at enterprise levels.

Key Responsibilities

As Group Manager, you'll wear multiple hats: strategic visionary, hands-on executor, and team leader. Core responsibilities include:

  • Full ownership of B2B paid acquisition performance across Paid Search, LinkedIn, 6sense, Paid Social, Display, and YouTube
  • Building revenue-tied growth forecasts incorporating CAC targets, LTV, and efficiency metrics
  • Cross-functional leadership partnering with Sales, Lifecycle Marketing, and Product teams
  • Designing robust attribution models and measurement frameworks linking marketing to pipeline/revenue
  • Architecting experimentation roadmaps with hypothesis testing, statistical analysis, and scaling
  • Managing 1-2 direct reports (channel specialists) plus agency/contractor teams
  • Daily optimization of multimillion-dollar campaigns across desktop and mobile B2B audiences
  • Cross-channel roadmap development unifying budgeting, testing, and insights
  • Advanced collaboration with Data Science on incrementality testing and predictive modeling
