As Group Product Manager, Growth, you'll own the entire acquisition-to-expansion funnel. From SEO-optimized websites and viral referral loops to AI-driven onboarding and team expansion signals, you'll build experiences that get users inbox-ready in minutes and teams collaborating seamlessly.

Key focus areas: website CRO, signup/onboarding optimization, virality engineering, activation experiments, team formation pathways, and PQA signals for expansion. Partner with elite teams in Product, Engineering, Design, Brand, and Demand Gen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead acquisition journey improvements: SEO, website optimization, individual/team signup flows, onboarding, activation, referrals.
  • Engineer virality through referral incentives, shareable AI outputs, and organic growth loops.
  • Run high-impact website experiments boosting visit-to-signup conversions via messaging, IA, funnels, CRO.
  • Align Brand, Product, Demand Gen for unified storytelling across all channels.
  • Design intuitive onboarding delivering 'aha' moments in minutes.
  • Build AI activation features like auto-drafts, personalized labels showing instant value.
  • Create in-product guidance: tooltips, nudges, checklists reducing friction.
  • Execute A/B tests optimizing activation rates by segment.
  • Collaborate with Eng/Product to eliminate setup blockers for AI features.
  • Develop team formation pathways with invites, shared workflows, collab prompts.
  • Optimize team onboarding for rapid adoption of collaboration tools.
  • Launch expansion nudges activating dormant seats and growing teams.
  • Define PQA signals from usage/collaboration data for sales handoff.

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

  • 8+ years PM experience in growth/PLG at SaaS unicorns.
  • Proven 2x+ lifts in key growth metrics.
  • Expertise in A/B testing, funnel optimization, SEO/CRO.
  • Technical chops for AI/product-engineering partnerships.
  • Data fluency (Amplitude, GA, SQL).

  • Strong experience with A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, GrowthBook) and statistical analysis (experience)
  • Hands-on experience optimizing acquisition funnels from website traffic to paid activation (experience)
  • Familiarity with SEO, CRO, and website experimentation for B2B SaaS products (experience)
  • Technical proficiency to partner effectively with engineering on AI/ML feature implementation (experience)
  • Experience building team collaboration features and expansion signals in productivity tools (experience)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA preferred (experience)
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams (experience)
  • Data fluency with tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or Segment (experience)
