Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end PLG strategy spanning acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion phases
  • Prioritize growth opportunities using quantitative data, qualitative insights, and competitive analysis
  • Design and execute A/B experiments optimizing key funnels like signup-to-paid conversion
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, analytics, PMM, and sales teams on growth loops
  • Lead dedicated growth pods with clear ownership of experiment roadmaps and outcomes
  • Influence pricing, packaging, and GTM motions through rigorous customer experimentation
  • Define, track, and report on core metrics: activation rates, cohort retention, LTV/CAC ratio, expansion revenue
  • Diagnose funnel bottlenecks using advanced analytics tools like Amplitude and SQL queries
  • Build continuous feedback systems between product and customer-facing teams
  • Scale self-serve acquisition for enterprise segments while maintaining premium experience
  • Present data-driven recommendations to executives, driving strategic product decisions

Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years in growth product management at B2B SaaS companies with proven PLG success. Track record owning metrics like activation, retention, and LTV/CAC.

Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in analytics platforms (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4), SQL for cohort analysis, and experimentation frameworks.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate market insights into prioritized roadmaps and measurable OKRs. Experience with pricing strategy and GTM alignment.

Execution Excellence: History of leading cross-functional experiments from hypothesis to implementation and iteration.
