Role Overview

Grammarly, now home to Superhuman, Coda, and our core writing assistant, is building the future of workplace productivity. The Head of Enterprise Design will own the design vision for how Fortune 500 companies, universities, and global enterprises manage Grammarly, Coda, and Superhuman at scale. This is a high-impact leadership role perfect for systems thinkers who excel at transforming complex enterprise workflows into intuitive, scalable experiences.

Reporting to the VP of Design, you'll mentor designers across product teams while defining the north star for enterprise admin experiences. Your work will directly influence how the world's most innovative companies adopt and grow with our AI platform.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Define the end-to-end design vision for Grammarly's unified enterprise admin platform spanning multiple products
  2. Lead design for team-focused features that drive viral growth within universities and large organizations
  3. Mentor and manage a team of 5+ product designers specializing in admin experiences
  4. Conduct deep user research with enterprise admins, IT teams, and procurement leaders
  5. Build scalable design systems optimized for complex enterprise applications
  6. Design solutions for account management, billing workflows, SSO integration, and feature gating
  7. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams
  8. Create interactive prototypes to validate solutions with enterprise customers
  9. Establish design processes that scale across multiple product teams and timezones
  10. Present strategic design work to executive leadership and key enterprise partners
  11. Measure and iterate on design impact through adoption metrics and NPS scores
  12. Incorporate AI-driven design innovations to stay ahead of enterprise trends
  13. Champion accessibility and security best practices across all enterprise designs

Qualifications

Must Have:

  • 10+ years in enterprise product design, with 5+ years leading admin platform design
  • Proven experience designing for Fortune 500 enterprise customers
  • Expertise in multi-product ecosystems and unified admin experiences
  • Strong portfolio showcasing complex enterprise workflow simplification
  • Experience mentoring design teams and scaling design organizations

Salary & Benefits
