  4. Steward Team Ways of Working: Organize and refine operating rhythms, project governance, tooling, and reporting—balancing privilege preservation with transparency.
  5. Track and Celebrate Wins: Monitor progress, dependencies, risks, and pivot as priorities shift, fostering a culture of achievement.
  6. Build Neural Networks: Create stakeholder relationships across the organization, tailoring communication for legal counsel, PMs, engineers, execs, and external advisors.
  7. Leverage AI for Efficiency: Integrate AI tools (including our products) to automate workflows and enhance decision-making.
  8. Manage Regulatory Workstreams: Handle privacy compliance (GDPR/CCPA), IP protection, and policy affairs in a global context.
  9. Anticipate and Mitigate Risks: Proactively identify friction in high-ambiguity settings with multi-timezone teams.
  10. Develop Dashboards and KPIs: Create executive-ready reporting for strategic insights.
  11. Scale Legal Operations: Enable reuse of templates, playbooks, and deliverables at enterprise scale.
