Role Overview

Join Grammarly, now part of Superhuman, as a Senior Business Recruiter in our San Francisco hybrid office. This senior-level role offers full ownership of the business recruiting funnel for G&A positions, from strategic sourcing to successful onboarding. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, you'll collaborate in-person 2 days per week to build high-impact talent pipelines that fuel our mission to unlock superhuman potential through AI productivity tools.

Key Responsibilities

As Senior Business Recruiter, you'll drive strategic initiatives across the entire talent lifecycle:

  • End-to-End Sourcing: Design innovative sourcing strategies for complex G&A roles, leveraging Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche networks to engage passive candidates.
  • Stakeholder Partnerships: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, deeply understanding role requirements and team dynamics to influence hiring decisions.
  • Process Optimization: Architect screening and interview frameworks that reduce time-to-hire while maintaining hiring bar quality.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze funnel metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvements backed by reporting.
