Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Financial Analyst role demands ownership of critical financial processes in a high-growth SaaS environment. Here's what you'll do daily:

  • Deliver timely, accurate analysis on GTM and revenue performance to enable fast-paced decision-making.
  • Own forecasting inputs like revenue forecasts, pipeline coverage, bookings, headcount, and operating expenses.
  • Analyze SaaS metrics including pipeline health, conversion rates, ACV, rep productivity, CAC, LTV, churn, and expansion.
  • Build scalable financial models for scenario planning, capacity modeling, pricing analysis, and investment prioritization.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting to boost visibility, accountability, and operational rigor.
  • Execute ad-hoc analyses and strategic initiatives for efficient growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support GTM execution.
  • Provide actionable insights from data to inform leadership decisions.

Qualifications

To succeed as our Senior Financial Analyst, GTM, you need:

  • 3+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or related fields.
  • Bachelor's in Economics, Finance, Math, Statistics, Engineering, CS, or equivalent.
  • Advanced financial modeling: build end-to-end models from scratch.
  • Expert Excel/Google Sheets: scenarios, sensitivity, automation.
  • Proficient SQL: complex queries, ETL, data integrity.

  • Proficient in SQL with hands-on experience writing complex queries, data extraction, transformation, and integrity maintenance (experience)
