Key Responsibilities

As Senior Manager, you'll drive revenue excellence through these core responsibilities:

  • Lead month-end revenue close and commissions processes, ensuring GAAP-compliant, insightful reporting for leadership.
  • Oversee billings, AR collections, and cash application with rigorous controls and efficiency metrics.
  • Collaborate across Sales, Legal, Product, and Finance to streamline order-to-cash from quote to cash.
  • Manage competing priorities in a detail-focused environment without sacrificing accuracy or deadlines.
  • Support product launches and revenue model changes with proactive accounting guidance.
  • Own revenue audit interactions, delivering documentation and insights to auditors.
  • Champion automation and system upgrades (e.g., NetSuite enhancements) for scalability.
  • Lead cross-functional projects advancing finance and company goals.
  • Serve as revenue SME, owning initiatives end-to-end.
  • Build scalable controls and mentor emerging talent.

Qualifications

We're looking for proven leaders with:
